TOO little people

i often find myself the only one online, something that never happened on UT... usually there is only one or no other member online when im online

basically what im trying to say is that we need more members, i know about the whole yt account thing, but really we need a way of advertising the forums

can some mods or admins brainstorm on how we can increase the user count? of course uutton will never be back so we can't have him but we moved on and WE NEED MORE MEMBERS

Obviously we've had a massive lack of members since the change to GU. Uutton and Giga were our main sources of gaining members, now that they've both gone there's very few ways we can advertise well.

Basically, most of the active members are the ones that post in the Forum Games.

I say that we get Pdwinnall back on the forums. That could attract some people!
Also, I could recommend the forum to a couple of people I know.

I could give an attempt of advertising this place also once my videos are back up and running (I.e. when my camera is working again or I get a new one).
I don't have a massive following, but I have a few people.

that is 1000 percent true, no one here has of large as a following as Utonn or Giga did

i dont think anyone will get popular anytime soon so i do guess that these forums are basically going to be not really active as UT i'm just so used to the activeness of UT oh well

plus whenever i forums is inactive people start to go away because they get bored of it, like im currently doing a lot with this forum

The UT forums were magic, but that's too big of an immediate goal, let's just focus on getting an active forum. We're not Uutitan. were GU.

That last bit you said is very interesting. I would say the reason why this place is struggling is because it is too similar to what UT was. I mean, look around. The same forum games exist and we're still the same members that were on UT.

UT and GU were not meant to be remotely the same, after all, UT failed for a reason (lack of member diversity meant as soon as the big names went it crumbled).

Without the "same members" there would hardly be any members. We're not attracing attention for new people to come and join, I see quite a few guests online, I assume they just take a quick glance and decide not to join.
