Subject: Just A Question Mon Apr 25, 2011 5:56 pm
I want to use that F3 thing on Minecraft, but on the computer I am using, all of the F keys are assigned something (my F3 key brightens my computer screen). I am using a laptop called, "Compaq Presario CQ56-115DX Notebook" if that information is useful. Is there any way I can change the F keys assignments so that I can use F3 for other things?

My computer is somewhat the same.
Close to your Windows and right ctrl key should be a key that says "fn."
If you press F3 while holding it down then you should be able to use the F3 key the way it was meant to be used.

It shows you all of the nearby mobs and identifies them with a random number. I like to use it for finding caves. And for identifiying my wolves. Some people call it, "The Matrix".
