Hmmmmm... I have Ver. 12 and I used to have Pinnicle studio HD, but I've never heard of Ver. 12.1... Anyway, depending on what Ver. of Pinnicle studio you got, you'll find that it's an amazing editing program. There are really cool transitions and making cuts is quite easy. Okay, last question.
