I've studied the many iterations of this short tune thoroughly. It's the Animal Crossing version of Totaka's song known as K.K. Song. Is it sad I knew it after the first note?

Yeah, it was the K.K. Slider version of Kazumi Totaka's song, known in Animal Crossing as K.K. Song.
