-Blaziken (No doubt that it's due to his dreamworld ability; Speed boost)

-Manaphy
-Mewtwo
-Palkia
-Rayquaza
-Reshiram
-Shaymin-S

Unbanned:
-Garchomp (I'm really not sure why they would bring this beast back, but I'm not really complaining)
-Salamence (Aw, poor dragonite, time for his big bro to dominate the spotlight)
-Latios (As of now, there's no Soul Dew that's legally obtainable in BW)
-Latias (COPYPASTA)
-Mew (Go figure, I'm really not sure myself)
-Deoxys-S (Perhaps he's made out of too much glass? Again, go figure)
-Deoxys-D (His defenses are okay, but it's not quite on par with his other formes)
-Shaymin (Cute furballs shouldn't be banned anyway)

I'm actually rather shocked that Kyurem was placed in OU rather than Uber, I suppose it's just not fast enough.
If perhaps he obtains an alternate forme in the third installment of 5th gen (deja vu, much?), then maybe that forme will be banished to the Uber Realm.

I'm going to be blunt.
Tiers are dumb. The very essence of Pokemon is to use your favourite monsters. The whole idea of banning, whilst making the game more fair, limits the players free choice in parties.
For example, Blaziken is one of my favourites and if I managed to obtain a dream world one, I would want to use it. This would be because of the huge faf that it is to transfer guys from older games over the white. But because of the ban, I wouldn't be able to and it would mean that my whole part would need re-jigging. I assume, however, that this 'uber' banishment only applies to the dream world ability one, am I correct?

Yes, you are correct, only speed boost blazikens are banned.
I agree on you with that, but most of my friends who play this game competitevely go by the list as a sort of skeleton to form around.
I don't mind playing casual and have a few uber teams myself though.
