Who should be made Uber?

I have been recently playing a large amount of B/W, as I'm sure all of you have, and I have definitely encountered some candidates for uberhood. One being Doryuzuu, who is incredibly overcentralizing, and Shandera (Shadow Tag) for obvious reasons

Wynaut shouldn't be Uber, it should be OU. It is as weak as pie... unless someone can tell me why it is Uber.

Actually, Wynaut is a beast in LC, but not Uber by any means.

It is Uber because of its ability, not really its stats.

The reason Wynaut isn't Uber in LC is because all attacks in general do so much more damage than they would if the Pokémon were level 100. For example, a simple Quick Attack from Elekid can do around 30% to a full HP Houndoor. LC is extremely fast paced and is centered around priority, resistances, and Choice Scarfers.

Like I have said before many many times, a Pokémon's performance in the Uber environment does not determine its Uber status.

it's ability isn't actually all that spectacular considering it's low stats. Its LOOOOOOOOW stats

Wynaut is in Ubers because of Shadow Tag and more importantly, its moveset.

Anyway, Reshiram/Zekrom/Kyurem are obviously going into Ubers. Shanderaa is a hard one to determine. Despite its 145 Sp. Att. and Shadow Tag, it's extremely susceptible to a Revenge kill. Plus, Tyranitar, Bulky Waters, Blissey, and other Pokemon who resist either its STABs or has a high Sp. Def. will give it trouble. Slap Toxic onto Blissey and watch as it stalls Shanderaa to death, or watch Shanderaa struggle as it tries to kill Tyranitar under a Sandstorm.

Which brings up a valid argument that abilities should never determine what goes into Ubers.

On another note, Voltolos will probably go into Ubers. Teasing Heart allows it to always set up Nasty Plot first. The next thing is its moveset. With Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, and Focus Blast, it has impeccable coverage. Dark Pulse is better than Shadow Ball in a general sense. Focus Blast is a more powerful though less accurate version of HP-Fighting.

Well Shanderaa is concidered Uber with shadow tag but without it is not uber.

That's why they dont let you use it in PO D:

What about Ulgamoth? with 135 Sp.Atk and Speed plus Butterfly dance and Fire Dance can make it a pretty easy to sweep whole teams with.

Let us assume there are 3 layers of Spikes, which does roughly about 25%. Then let's factor in Stealth Rock, which does 50% to its health. Upon entry, it loses about 75% of its health on the spot.
