FireRed-Charizard (Obviously
)
-Sceptile
-Raichu
-Dragonite
-Vaporeon
-Tyranitar
First Pokemon game (wasn't it obvious?). Charizard was my first Pokemon, in fact, he is the reason I like Pokemon. Sceptile was traded from my second Pokemon game, Emerald. Raichu was from a friend, as well as Dragonite. Vaporeon was the Pokemon that fought alongside Charizard. I trained Tyranitar from a level 19 or so Larvitar. Even though I get bored very easily, I still trained to level 60 rather quickly. This is my team for FireRed because all of the Pokemon have a special meaning :3
LeafGreen-Blastoise [Jazzy]
-Aerodactyl [Ace]
-Arcanine [RK9]
-Jolteon [Sparky]
-Victreebel [Bella]
-Golem [Roxanne]
I don't remember much about this team, but I do remember that it kicked ass.
Emerald-Blaziken [FalconKick]
-Starmie [Starstorm]
-Salamence [Sapphira]
-Absol [Alice]
-Manectric [Bolt]
-Skarmory [IronMaiden]
I just finished this game again, and I got extremely lucky with natures! Absol was an adamant nature on the first capture and Manectric was a modest nature on the first capture. I tried to get a modest Starmie, but Staryu was such a pain to get, so I just stuck with a rash one. Salamence was also rash, it took a few Bagons before I got a rash one, but it didn't take long at all. I also got a jolly and an adamant Trapinch with a few tries. Absol practically owned the shit out of everything. Manectric was key to beating Wallace. Skarmory was mostly there for Toxic, Spikes, and Fly. But she was still very helpful. It took forever to train Bagon for the Elite Four, but it was worth it.
Platinum-Infernape [Blaze]
-Gyarados [Leviathan]
-Staraptor [ValenHeart]
-Jolteon [Sh0x]
-Garchomp [Chompz]
-Lucario [Aura]
Garchomp is a total powerhouse. Gyarados + Dragon Dance = win. Lucario was hard to get, but absolutely worth it. Staraptor is just cool. Infernape is a great mixed attacker. Jolteon has mad speed and special attack skills. Overall, awesome team.
HeartGold-Typhlosion [Pyro]
-Jolteon [Bolt]
-Salamence [Ryuu]
-Slowbro [Wut]
-Weavile [Blackout]
-Nidoking [Mr Needles]
Have you noticed the pattern of Fire-type starters? I picked Typhlosion for the nostalgia feel. I seem to use Jolteon alot. He's just that cool. Salamence was amazingly strong. Slowbro was the master of stall with Calm Mind and Leftovers. Weavile was an absolute beast against...everything. I love the name Mr. Needles for Nidoking. I thought of it myself <3 Rivalry ability FTW
